How can I find activities?

We offer an organised and updated database of activities. Dancers can browse by event category, dance style and country. Activities available for immediate purchase are also available in a dedicated events feed, and occasionally on our social shops on Whatsapp (+39 351 849 3910), TikTok and Facebook. If you are in contact with the organizer you might receive a direct link from them inviting you to complete a registration via Registered®

Do you organize the activities you list or sell?

No, activities are produced by organizers indicated in the listing. Their activities might just be listed on Registered® (in such case you’ll be redirected to the organizer site for registration and payment procedures) or they might be available for immediate registration (“Register & Pay”), meaning that the organizer is using our registration and payment engine.

How do I contact the organizer after I’ve completed a purchase?

Once you complete a purchase for an activity through our platform you’ll receive an email notification with the details of your registration and contact details of the organizer.

Is it safe to purchase on Registered?

It’s all about this. Payments are processed through our payment partner Stripe using enforced KYC (Know-Your-Customer) procedures, PSD2-compliant payment standards and SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) protocols.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit, debit and prepaid cards. Currently we only accept cards issued in the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

How do I get a receipt or proof of my purchases?

When you complete a purchase you receive an email notification indicating the details of the activity you purchased, amounts paid in registration fees and service fees as well as contact details of the organizer.

What if I want my money back?

In accordance with letter n) paragraph I of art. 59 Legislative Decree of 06/09/2005 no. 206 as amended and supplemented (“Consumer Code”), consumers withdrawal right is expressly excluded when related to contracts for the provision of leisure services on a specific date. Therefore, Participants are aware that once a registration has been made, it will not be possible to cancel the order. If the organizer of the activity has a different policy on returning the registration fees this is indicated in the rules and regulations set by the organizer for the activity itself.

What is a Service fee?

A fee of 0,50€ + 2,5% per participant is charged by Registered at checkout, on top of the registration fee set by the organizer, to handle the registration and payment service. If the activity is free, no service fee is charged.
